Before partnering with Doneverse, Isha was running every part of her motivational streetwear brand, She Dope, on her own. Her days revolved around filming TikTok videos, answering comments, repurposing that footage for other platforms, and figuring out what to post next, all while checking emails and trying to keep sales moving. Revenue changed dramatically from one month to the next, with a strong month often followed by a stagnant one, and she had already tried mentor programs to find a workable approach without much traction. By the time she reached out to Doneverse, she knew her pace wasn’t sustainable, and a string of personal setbacks made the need for support even more pressing.
Everything shifted once Isha’s doer took over, beginning with the very first task Isha handed off: cleaning up the back end of her website before anything else moved forward.
From there, the doer took on the daily work of creating and posting content, planning two weeks to a month ahead instead of building posts around whatever was trending that day. As Isha refined her brand’s core offer into the She Dope Reset Kit, a hoodie, a 30-day journal, and an affirmation pack bundled as one product, her doer rebuilt the website’s homepage into a funnel pointed at that single offer, so visitors no longer had to figure out what to buy. Isha’s own content also moved away from trending sounds and toward her telling her story on camera, a shift she and her doer are still refining together.
Behind the scenes, Doneverse’s onboarding gave Isha a straightforward way to bring her doer up to speed, walking her through the founders roadmap and business-specific training videos so her doer knew exactly where to start. A one-on-one coaching call with Doneverse’s business coach pushed her to sharpen her messaging and focus her Shopify store on a single offer instead of spreading her story across too many products. That coaching lined up with what she had already handed her doer, so the same direction carried through from her own strategy sessions into the day-to-day execution on her site. With regular coaching check-ins built into her plan, Isha continues to refine her content and offer with input from her doer and the wider Doneverse team, rather than working it out entirely on her own.
Two months into working with her doer, the clearest shift for Isha has been in her time and daily workload. She no longer wakes up needing to figure out what to post, since content is now planned two to four weeks out instead of built around whatever is trending that day. That time went into refining her brand: designing the She Dope Reset Kit as one core offer and rebuilding her homepage into a funnel focused on it, with her doer handling execution on the site. Isha is still in the early stages of seeing that new offer and content approach take hold, and continues to work closely with her doer and Doneverse’s coaching team as it does.
