How We Helped Them To Grow

Before partnering with Doneverse, Myra had an idea she believed in deeply, and so did everyone she told about it. Her business, Healing After Pet Loss, offers grief support to individuals who have lost a pet and provides veterinary offices with a programme to care for grieving clients after a loss. A pioneering concept with no real competitor. People she spoke to told her they would buy it, that their vet’s office needed it, and to let them know when it was ready. But Myra, who had spent her career as a highly successful salesperson, could not get it built. She was not a technical person and had no framework for turning ideas into digital products, landing pages, or social media content. She had tried local marketing consultants, the Small Business Association, and online consultants who could tell her what to do but not how to make it happen. She spent a lot of money and made no progress. After two years of feeling stuck, she broke down crying, and that was when she made the call.

Everything shifted from the first weeks.

Myra’s Doer took the course framework she had already assembled in Canva, edited the videos, and uploaded the full course to her platform within the first 30 days. What had been sitting unfinished for two years was live. The Doer then turned to Instagram, where she suggested a specific approach: rather than broadcasting promotional content to a grieving audience, actively comment on posts from people who had just lost pets, offering comfort without selling. That one tactic drove more growth in Myra’s accounts than anything else they had tried. When the Doer went on a two-week vacation and Myra did not keep up with it, her Instagram analytics dropped by two-thirds. The drop was the clearest possible evidence of how much the daily activity was mattering.

Behind the scenes, Myra had come in worried about things that turned out not to be problems: not being able to choose her Doer, the language difference, the pace of communication across time zones. Within the first few weeks, those concerns gave way to confidence as she saw the work ethic and the quality of delivery first-hand. She had previously hired US-based virtual assistants who were splitting their time across multiple clients, charging significantly more, and fitting her in. That dynamic did not exist with her Doer. The Doneverse onboarding gave her a framework for managing the relationship and a roadmap for what to tackle first, which mattered for someone who had previously struggled not with having ideas but with knowing where to start.

The result:

Before Doneverse, Healing After Pet Loss was an idea on a shelf. Now it is a functioning business.
The online course Myra had been trying to launch for two years is live. Her Instagram is growing, driven by a daily engagement strategy her Doer originated and executes. The analytics data from her Doer’s vacation, a two-thirds drop in performance across two weeks, tells the story of how central that daily work has become. Myra, who describes herself as someone who starts many projects and finishes fewer of them, now completes things consistently. She credits that shift entirely to having a Doer who fills the gaps. The veterinary office side of her business, which she sees as the path to serious scale, is the next chapter she is actively building toward
